Established over three decades ago in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, Madurai Express by BlueStar Foods has become a celebrated name in South Indian cuisine. Renowned for our soft, fluffy idlis and an array of over 200 delectable dishes, we have expanded to more than 26 locations worldwide, including India, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. Our commitment to authentic flavours and warm hospitality has garnered a loyal following.

We are thrilled to announce our first Australian venture in Adelaide, bringing the rich culinary traditions of South India to the heart of South Australia. Our Adelaide restaurant will offer a diverse menu featuring signature idlis, crispy dosas, and refreshing beverages like the traditional jigarthanda.
